We believe that communication is intrinsic in the direction, management and culture of a successful organisation. Liddell Thomson was recently commissioned by a local authority to articulate the roles and responsibilities of a new Leadership Team and Management Team then review the communication support and future needs of this new management structure.

We facilitated workshops with both teams and interviewed each member of the communication team before facilitating a team workshop. We presented a paper re-positioning the role of communication as a major driver in the management and performance of the Council and its attainment of its vision for the city. We are now supporting the implementation of this new communication strategy.
