The Liddell Thomson team has a strong track record of working with leading organisations operating across the Government and public sectors including the Scottish Government and local authorities such as Glasgow, Lanarkshire, North Ayrshire and Perthshire. The team has also supported a number of the largest public-funded bodies in Scotland including Scottish Enterprise, Creative Scotland and VisitScotland.

We have extensive experience of working with local authorities in Scotland and the rest of the UK carrying out brand and place promotion work to address issues of image, reputation and civic pride in areas as diverse as Stoke-on-Trent, Perthshire and Lanarkshire.

Liddell Thomson was recently commissioned by a leading local authority to articulate the roles and responsibilities of a new Leadership and Management Team. Our team then reviewed the communication support and future needs of the new management structure. We facilitated workshops with both teams and interviewed each member of the communication team before facilitating a team workshop. We presented a paper re-positioning the role of communication as a major driver in the management and performance of the Council and its attainment of its vision for the city. We are now supporting the Council with the implementation of this new communication strategy.
