World Capital of Ceramics

With our design partners, Graven Images, we were commissioned by The North Staffordshire Regeneration Partnership (NSRP) to create a branding and marketing strategy to support its economic development ambitions for the area as a whole. To create a sustainable place making strategy we worked with a wide range of public and private sector bodies and individuals; carried out extensive research and identified opportunities to position the area effectively with investors, residents and visitors. The city of Stoke-on-Trent is recognised internationally as a centre of excellence in the ceramics sector. To maximise the potential of this world class position a special mark was created to highlight its world class ceramics heritage and its continuing importance as a leading centre for innovation and excellence in ceramics.
